Mindfulness allows us to practice being present – with oneself and the surrounding world; guiding us to move from thinking into sensing and experiencing. It supports a balance between relaxation and vividness, improving a sense of clarity and stability of mind.
Mindfulness encourages us to look at how we relate to the ever-changing circumstances of life, and to approach this with an attitude of openness and kindness.
Bianca guides meditations for groups and within counselling sessions when appropriate. She is a qualified to teach MBSR – Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and teaches courses in English in Geneva. She also teaches MBCT for cancer.
